Trachea OS – Ordering System

Trachea OS is a system of Trachea a.s., ensuring the complete handling of orders since 2014. Orders from the recipients through authorized dealers to our company are handled in the Trachea OS system immediately, with a simple approval principle. The Trachea OS is directly linked to our production. The system is always online, so each business case member has the necessary information available at all times.

Whom is the Trachea OS ordering system intended for?

For the recipients of our products to create and track their orders. The recipients include kitchen showrooms, carpenter workshops, and furniture manufacturers.

 

What does the Trachea OS ordering system provide?

The main function of this system is to create orders based on the products in our product range. Our product range is constantly being innovated and the Trachea OS provides the most up-to-date information about our products. The recipient is always informed about our current product range and about all their orders.

 

 

Description of the Trachea OS Client software

Trachea OS Client provides recipients with a revolutionary service when handling their business case. The only condition for the successful use of the Trachea OS Client software is an Internet connection and a business relationship established with Trachea a.s. . After registering, Trachea OS Client enables recipients to create their own list of suppliers from the network of Trachea authorized dealers. The recipient can set agreed trade discounts for each supplier. This enables the recipient to easily compare the purchase prices of their suppliers. The recipient can place an order for the Trachea product range during communication with the customer. The order is in progress. At the moment of placing its order by the customer, the recipient sends the order to their dealer. The dealer shall confirm receipt of the order; if there is any problem with the order the recipient shall be notified. When the order is ready for delivery by the dealer, the recipient is again informed. Within Trachea OS Client, all statuses of the order are displayed automatically and, at the same time, the recipient is notified via e-mail.

The creation of a new order includes a number of control mechanisms. The recipient does not have to watch the range limitations in terms of dimensions, foils, edges, and other relations. All of this is provided by Trachea OS Client. The price for each product is current on the date of the order creation. In the case of more complex business cases, it is possible to add a note or attach a file.

Orders sent and processed can be reviewed by the recipient, however, they can no longer be changed. The information in the order can be used for further electronic processing, as exports in the CSV and XML format are available for each order.

How to create orders in the Trachea OS system

 

 

Technical requirements

The software runs in the Adobe AIR environment. If Adobe AIR is not installed, the Adobe AIR runtime is automatically installed when you install the Trachea OS in Windows. If you are running Mac OS and do not have Adobe AIR installed, you can get it at Adobe download. Install Adobe AIR first and then the Trachea OS.
